Foo Dog and Koi color tattoo

This is the finished design for the tattoo I want to get on my lower right leg. I still have to save a lot of money to get it done so I might change some parts of it as I look at it anticipating the day I can finally get it done.

The tattoo meaning to me is:
The Foo Dog represents protection - protection for my family. Kois represent struggle, they swim up stream against the current. And bravery, when you catch a Koi and have them on the cutting block the don't fight, they are brave. Kois are associated with the Samarai. - I want to always work hard for my family even though being a parent is the hardest thing I've ever done. And I always want to be brave for them. The cherry blossoms represent the fragility of life because they bloom for such a short time - I want to cherish my time with my family because it goes so fast.
