In December I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer and started treatments this month. It's been a tough time but my prognosis is really good and I'm also lucky that the type of treatments I'm receiving are fairly easy. My tattoo apprenticeship is kind of on hold for the time being, I feel shaky and weak and don't trust myself to permanently mark another person. Hopefully once I'm done with radiation and chemo pills I feel better during the break before I have surgery. Luckily I can still draw and paint and being able to do so has helped me out so much. I love art, I love creating art and I love that doing so helps to keep me going. I love loo

Dude just read your thing about you being ill, that really sucks:/ Happens to the best of people, thought I'd drop a message in support as you're a really lad; willing to talk to me and give me tips without knowing me, cheers~ Ashley 
Thank you so much. It really means a lot whenever someone gives me some kind words of encouragement. I've finished radiation and chemo pills and I'm getting ready for surgery to remove then tumor than I'll have 4 months of intravenous chemo. I have a long way to go but I have so much support from family, friends and awesome people like you that I know I'll be able to get through this! Thank you again. And if you ever have questions about art I'm happy to give my humble opinion and advice.
